La arquitectura consta de 3 techos al rededor de un patio empedrado rectangular con una fogata central. Los materiales propuestos son piedra, tierra y madera, materiales hermanos. La vegetación invade los espacios techados, dando color con las flores nativas y sombra al patio con árboles. La idea es que los visitantes sientan que están en el Valle Sagrado y puedan sentarse tanto en bancas como en piedras o en el jardín a descansar y calentarse con un poco de sol. The waiting area for the train to Machu Picchu in the village of Ollantaytambo seeks to provide a local atmosphere. The architecture consists of 3 roofs around a rectangular pebbled patio with a central bonfire. The building materials proposed are stone, earth and wood, which work harmoniously with one another. ubica este edificio multifamiliar dando la posibilidad de construir en los aires. El proyecto consiste en la reconfiguración del departamento de la familia Morgan, techando una parte de la azotea y creando nuevas zonas sociales y de servicio. Se restauró el parquet del primer piso que le dio el color a toda la remodelación. La nueva escalera tiene un rol importante como elemento de unión y entrada de luz. El trabajo con los artesanos fue esencial para lograr detalles importantes en el departamento. Il s’agit de la rénovation d’un appartement situé sous le toit-terrasse d’un immeuble des années 90. Par un changement du PLU, l’extension d’un étage sur une partie du toit-terrasse est rendue possible. Le souhait des propriétaires était de créer une grande pièce pour les réunions de famille et d’amis avec une ouverture sur la terrasse ainsi qu’une zone de service: buanderie, atelier, rangements. Au premier niveau, le parquet du sol existant a été restauré; il devient la base pour la palette de couleurs et de matériaux du projet. La cuisine a été modifiée afin de l’ouvrir sur le séjour qui accueillera le nouvel escalier. Une importance particulière est donnée au design de l’escalier: il est la connexion entre les deux niveaux et la trémie offre une source de lumière pour le séjour. Au deuxième niveau, le sol a été refait en grès céramique d’une couleur similaire au parquet restauré. Une large ouverture a été créée sur la façade nord. L’extension s’ouvre entièrement sur l’horizon des toits de la ville, le parc et, au lointain, la naissance de la cordillère des Andes.
